The correct expression is:

I beseech thee (or you).

It means, I beg you or ask you sincerely. To besiege is to surround with military
forces, although there is a usage, the word "importune", which could be used as "I
besiege you". If I heard this from someone who was well educated it would be used
as a joke.

I can't help you with the script for H-D and the Marlboro Man, I haven't seen it and
scarcely think I shall.

Hello to all the new students at I-H and enjoy the Autumn, the leaves have turned
here and now form a spongy mass on the roads and walkways.
